Adele & Alex's Shadowbrook at Shrewsbury Wedding

It was pure joy to shoot Adele and Alex this past Saturday at their Shadowbrook at Shrewsbury wedding.

Adele started her day by getting ready in her close family friend’s home, where we had a blast taking portraits of her. Adele said she wanted to look like a princess and she definitely did in her stunning Essense of Australia dress! We have seen a lot of gorgeous wedding dresses shooting weddings, but this one had to be one of our absolute favorites!

Many couples today prefer to do a first look before their ceremony. However, Alex and Adele took the traditional route with a surprise reveal at the aisle. The couple was married at Saint Michael’s Chruch in a beautiful ceremony followed by a bubble-filled send-off! We love when our couples add their own twist to a classic tradition.

We then headed to Asbury Park beach, where Alex had worked as a lifeguard, for romantic ocean shots with the couple. The famous boardwalk lent some colorful backdrops for our bridal party as well! The couple looked beautiful, inside and out, and were naturals in front of the camera. Their connection was unstoppable!

We finished off our day by heading to their venue, Shadowbrook at Shrewsbury for more pictures and lots and lots of partying! Their kindness and goodhearted nature must be contagious, for everyone around them beamed with the same fun-loving energy; we love being at a party like that! What a beautiful Shadowbrook at Shrewsbury wedding!
