Landmark Loew’s Jersey Theatre | Bob & Brittany
Brittany and Bob’s Landmark Loew’s Jersey Theatre wedding was truly a romantic affair. The stunning old building with its 1930’s gothic architecture and design made a gorgeous backdrop. Brittany and Bob’s had a unique wedding vision, which they described as the charm of old Hollywood meets the magic of Harry Potter. The venue and all their details matched this perfectly.
We started off the day with Brittany and Bob getting ready in their respective hotel rooms at the Westin hotel. Brittany’s mother and sister helped her into her gorgeous Maggie Sottero gown and specially designed Harry Potter shoes. We got some breathtaking photos of our bride in the suite. After, we walked to the waterfront for our first look where Bob waited anxiously for his bride. He beamed with love when she arrived and we got photos in front of the incredible NYC skyline.
When we arrived at the Theatre, we took fun photos with the bridal party in front of the Marquee announcing our couple’s nuptials. Then we explored every beautiful nook and cranny inside the venue. We found the perfect spots for the kind of dramatic photos our couple wanted in the cigar room and even bathrooms. The ornate balconies and mirrors gave us that old-style romance and elegance.
Brittany and Bob’s ceremony was humorous and touching, with the couple exchanging vows they had written themselves. Cocktail hour led into a beautiful reception with tables decorated with Harry Potter themed centerpieces. Our couple’s mutual love for comics and fantasy was evident throughout the night and their cake matched that theme. Their guests ate and drank and danced the night away. We had a truly magical time shooting their wedding and we wish Brittany and Bob a lifetime of happiness!
