Chelsea & Scott 10.19.19
Chelsea and Scott’s October wedding at Clarks Landing Yacht club was an absolutely beautiful affair. You would never know that our couple isn’t naturally comfortable in front of the camera! Their photos from the day look like something out of a magazine!
We started off the day with Chelsea and her bridal party getting ready at The Tower Cottage. This was the perfect setting to get ready for the elegant day ahead of us. Chelsea’s mother and maid of honor helped her into her gorgeous Maggie Sottero ballgown. She looked like a true-life princess. We spent a little time getting some beautiful portraits of our bride and then headed out to our first look.
Scott had spent the morning with his groomsmen getting ready. Our groom looked nervous and very excited to see his bride when we arrived in Spring Lake Park. Their first look was very sweet and emotional. Then we brought out the bridal party for some super fun photos with everybody joking and having a blast. The bridesmaids’ dresses complimented the incredible Fall foliage so perfectly. After we were done with them, we took some time with our bride and groom. They really brought a romantic feel to this special day.
On our way to our venue, we made a quick stop at the Spring Lake library and theater. This is one of our favorite spots to shoot. Then we drove over to Clarks Landing for the rest of the day. After snagging some lovely photos on the dock, we headed back up for our ceremony. The sun shined brightly and family and friends were teary-eyed at the emotional celebration. After the “I do’s” we grabbed our couple for some sunset photos and the sky did not disappoint that day.
The reception was absolutely amazing with SCE entertaining. Our couple danced together so elegantly. The toasts were great and the dance floor was rocking. We had such a blast at Chelsea and Scott’s wedding. We wish them a lifetime of happiness together.
