Marisa & Justin’s gorgeous spring wedding at Clarks Landing Yacht Club was a day to remember. They are another one of our couples who had to postpone and reschedule due to Covid and we were so glad the day was finally here! We started our day with the bride and groom separately, as they prepared for their big day. Marisa’s mother helped her into her beautiful Allure gown and veil and we got some great portraits of her. In the meantime, the guys had a blast getting ready at Clarks Landing. Then we all headed over to St. Martha’s Church in Brick for the “I do’s.”
The ceremony was emotional and very sweet. Marisa and Justin’s love for one another and their excitement for the day were very obvious to everyone present. After the ceremony, we made our way to the place where our couple first met, Monmouth University. The weather was absolutely perfect and we couldn’t have asked for a more romantic backdrop for our photos. We got some super fun shots of our bridal party and then some breathtaking photos of our newlyweds alone. They brought so much romance to these images!
We next made our way back to Clarks Landing for the ceremony and reception. Of course, our first stop was the dock as this is the best place for photos. Then we headed inside for a cocktail hour and the reception. We snuck our newlyweds back outside for a few minutes and were rewarded with the most epic sunset this wedding season so far! The reception was an absolute blast with Nick from SCE keeping everyone dancing. It was a night to remember for all!
We had such an incredible time with these two and we wish them nothing but the best in their future as husband and wife! Congratulations Marisa & Justin!
