There’s something magical about Asbury Park in July—the salty sea air, the colorful murals, and the energy humming along the boardwalk. It’s no wonder this vibrant town has become one of our favorite backdrops for engagement sessions! Asbury Ale House, a local favorite, set the tone for Emily & Jeff’s engagement session, with its laid-back vibe. The outdoor patio was lush with potted plants and vining lavender draped over a trellis for our couple to sneak a few moments under.
We wandered out into the heart of Asbury Park, where the quaint, tree-lined streets offered endless charm, with murals and pastel storefronts framing every shot. As we strolled, the couple took time to soak in the atmosphere—pausing for the occasional dance in the sunshine or a quiet moment.
Summer in Asbury Park means gardens awash in a riot of color, and this one did not disappoint! Daisies, lavender, and roses flourished within their beds, and the soft gold of the afternoon sun wrapped the couple in a truly ethereal glow.
As the day began to close, we followed the sound of surf to the iconic Asbury Park boardwalk. The sun was just starting to dip, painting the sky in warm shades of peach and lavender. It was the perfect grand finale—romantic, unhurried, and filled with the easy joy that marked every moment of their session.
